# Network

> Thirty components for running a site network. Devices, links and labels are regular interface. The pixels are traffic, and their density follows the measured rate.

30 components.

- [Topology editor](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/topology.md) `<ln-topology>`: The whole site as a graph. Device cards and links are plain interface. The pixels on each link are its traffic, downstream on one side and upstream on the other, released at a rate that follows the measured throughput. Select a device or a link to inspect it. In edit mode, drag from a card’s handle onto another card to connect them.
- [Device card](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/device-card.md) `<ln-device-card>`: One device and its uplink: live rates both ways, a 60-second sparkline, CPU and memory, and a restart that reports its progress.
- [Device list](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/device-list.md) `<ln-device-list>`: Every device at the site in a sortable table. Search by name, address or model and filter by status. Offline devices show a dash instead of a flat line.
- [Clients](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/client-list.md) `<ln-client-list>`: Connected clients with signal, band, network and current rate. Block removes a client from the network until it is unblocked.
- [Switch ports](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/port-panel.md) `<ln-port-panel>`: The front of a 24-port switch with two SFP+ cages. Port LEDs blink with activity. Select a port for its device, speed and PoE draw, or to disable or power-cycle it.
- [Link](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/link.md) `<ln-link>`: A single cable between two ports with speed, duplex, utilisation and traffic in each direction. The cable test checks all four pairs.
- [Throughput](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/throughput.md) `<ln-throughput>`: Download and upload for the last minute, hour or day, with a live head on the newest sample. Hover for exact values.
- [WAN failover](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/wan.md) `<ln-wan>`: Two uplinks and the failover between them. The active link carries the traffic; the standby link waits on a dashed line.
- [Speed test](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/speedtest.md) `<ln-speedtest>`: Latency first, then download and upload against a test server. Results are kept for comparison.
- [Ping monitor](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/ping.md) `<ln-ping>`: Continuous latency probes to a target. Lost probes show as red marks at the base of the chart.
- [Path](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/path.md) `<ln-path>`: Traceroute from the site to a destination, hop by hop, with the latency added at each hop.
- [VPN tunnels](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/vpn.md) `<ln-vpn>`: Site-to-site tunnels with protocol, rates, latency and uptime. Switching a tunnel off drains its traffic.
- [Firewall rules](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/firewall.md) `<ln-firewall>`: Ordered rules with live hit counters. The first matching rule wins; drag a row, or use Alt with the arrow keys, to reorder.
- [Segmentation](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/segments.md) `<ln-segments>`: Which network may open connections to which. Select a cell to see its traffic; select it again to cycle Allow, Limit and Block. Blocked traffic stops at the gate.
- [VLANs and DHCP](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/vlans.md) `<ln-vlans>`: Networks with VLAN ID, subnet, DHCP range and lease usage. Edit a row in place; IDs, subnets and ranges are checked before saving.
- [Address map](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/ip-pool.md) `<ln-ip-pool>`: Every address in a /24. Renewals flash as they happen. Select an address, or search by host, to reserve, release or make it static.
- [Top applications](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/top-apps.md) `<ln-top-apps>`: Traffic by application, re-sorted as rates change. Each bar carries pixels at that application’s rate; select a row for its top sources.
- [AI egress](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/egress.md) `<ln-egress>`: Model traffic from AIOP to each endpoint. With EU-only routing on, requests to endpoints outside the EU stop at the policy point and are counted.
- [Coverage plan](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/floorplan.md) `<ln-floorplan>`: Coverage on the floor plan for the selected band. Drag access points to move it; clients join the strongest one in range and their traffic runs along that link.
- [Access point](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/ap.md) `<ln-ap>`: One access point’s three radios. Clients sit on a ring per band; each bar splits airtime between this access point and its neighbours.
- [Channel scan](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/spectrum.md) `<ln-spectrum>`: Networks heard on each channel by width and signal. Hover a shape for its name; the button moves to the channel with the least overlap.
- [Events](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/events.md) `<ln-events>`: Live event log with severity filters. Pause holds the list while you read; select an event for its ID and device.
- [Intrusion prevention](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/threats.md) `<ln-threats>`: Detections at the gateway by source. Depending on the mode, attempts stop at the shield or are logged and let through.
- [Sites](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/sites.md) `<ln-sites>`: Every location around headquarters. The line shows health: solid when healthy, dashed when degraded, red when unreachable.
- [Traffic shaping](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/qos.md) `<ln-qos>`: Strict-priority shaping with guaranteed minimums and per-class ceilings. Allocation is recalculated as demand changes, and each lane shows what a class actually receives.
- [Rack](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/rack.md) `<ln-rack>`: Rack elevation with each device in its units. The port strip on each faceplate carries that device’s traffic. Totals cover power, space and temperature.
- [PoE budget](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/poe.md) `<ln-poe>`: Power per port against the switch budget. When demand exceeds it, low-priority ports are shed first, so access points, the camera and the door controller keep power.
- [Adoption](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/adopt.md) `<ln-adopt>`: Devices the gateway discovered that are waiting for configuration. Adoption runs identity check, configuration and firmware; the lane shows data going to the device.
- [Firmware rollout](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/firmware.md) `<ln-firmware>`: A staged rollout: one canary, then two waves, each waiting for healthy telemetry before the next starts. Pause holds the rollout between steps.
- [Network health](https://elements.lumesec.ai/components/network/health.md) `<ln-health>`: One score for the site from five areas, with the issues that cost the most points. Resolving an issue updates the score.
